Shipping and Handling Fees are not refundable,  with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by xtremepower Inc.  Return Policy  We follow our return policy strictly and do not make any exceptions. xtremepower usa does not offer a money-back guarantee on any product.  Shipping is non-refundable under all circumstances, an exception may be made if xtremepower Inc made an error in the entering the address or shipping method,  but only for an adjustment.  If retail package be opened for return will subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the invoice price.  All returns will be tested.
