Smoke is created outside the cooking chamber making your bbq ALL-IN-ONE for cold, hot, or regular grilling. Installs in minutes. Drill a 1 1/8″ hole from the outside to the inside of the cooking chamber as per instructions. Insert SmokeMiester outlet into hole and tighten nuts. It’s that simple!

Open both lids on the SmokeMiester. Place 3/4 cup food grade pellets into smoker from the top. Moisten pellets with charcoal lighting fluid, light, let burn five minutes. Close both lids for five seconds. Open bottom lid part way. Smoke is diverted into cooking chamber. You are now COLD SMOKING. Light a burner and bring temp. to a desired level. You are now HOT SMOKING. Light burners only, you are now GRILLING, ALL-IN-ONE space saving unit.

SmokeMiester produces more smoke than required for cooking but is easily controlled by adjusting the lids on the smoker. Clean-up is quick & easy, when finished cooking & pellets are out, put 1/2 cup of pellets in the smoker, add starting fluid, & let burn until it goes out. LET COOL, brush out carbon residue from inside screen with a small wire brush. That’s it. You are ready to smoke again.
